Description
HDR is seeking an Architectural Technologist for its Calgary office to support the planning, design, documentation, coordination, and construction administration of diverse architecture projects across water, resource, federal, building engineering, transportation, healthcare, science, and data centre sectors. The role involves leading technical documentation and building-envelope detailing, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and consultants, performing QA/QC reviews, applying architectural specifications and the Ontario Building Code, and using Revit, AutoCAD, 3D coordination tools, and Microsoft Office. The position requires a technical degree or at least three years of related industry experience, with 8–10 years of related experience preferred; candidates without an Architectural Technologist designation may be titled Design Technician 2.
