Homebound is hiring an Architecture Associate to manage external architectural consultants and production design for single-family residential projects. The role coordinates pre-construction, design development, construction documentation, permitting, consultant relationships, plan-series refinement, exterior architecture, materials, and Revit models, while partnering with product, construction, procurement, and sales teams. Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of architectural experience, a background in project architecture or architectural project management, residential permitting and zoning experience, BIM proficiency, and a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or a related field. The role primarily supports Dallas markets and requires candidates to be located within those markets.
