Description
The role is responsible for residential architecture bids, including building relationships with developers, applying market knowledge, estimating and executing residential architecture projects, defining estimating strategies, developing technical and commercial proposals, and signing bids with the Head of Bid Strategy. Candidates must be civil engineers or architects with at least five years of similar experience, experience estimating civil works, and knowledge of the housing construction and real estate development markets.
