LPA is hiring an Architecture Design Coordinator for its Civic + Cultural team. The role supports project architects, designers, and managers from concept through construction documentation, prepares and manages design documentation, develops detailing solutions, coordinates with clients and project leaders, reviews submittals and RFIs, researches materials and construction methods, and mentors junior designers. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, at least five years of experience across design and documentation phases, Revit proficiency, and knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods; licensure, LEED accreditation, and familiarity with Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite are preferred.
