BBVA is hiring a Principal Manager of Resilience Design to lead the transformation of its technology resilience model toward a preventive, engineering-based approach. The role defines resilience standards, patterns, quality gates, and evidence-based controls; integrates resilience into architecture and technology lifecycle management; establishes metrics and roadmaps; and leads cross-functional teams across Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Security, Business Continuity, and global geographies. Candidates need a university degree in a relevant technical discipline, 10–12 years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure, architecture, technology platforms, or operations, and fluency in Spanish and English.
