GHD is hiring a Project Director- Architect for its US West Design Studio to lead architecture practice growth across building sectors. The role combines business development, client relationship management, proposal and presentation support, project and portfolio management, technical architectural delivery, multidisciplinary coordination, and team leadership. It is based in Anchorage, Alaska; Honolulu, Hawaii; or Guam, with a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the office. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, U.S. architectural licensure or active licensure progress, and 12–20 years of architectural experience. The salary range is $89,000–$149,000 based on experience and location.
