Ford is hiring a Systems Engineering Team Lead to lead product development engineering for a designated vehicle Systems Engineering Team zone covering frame, driveshafts, fuel, exhaust, exhaust sensors, underbody shields, PT mounts, and body mounts. The role focuses on systems integration, cost and weight reduction, part reduction, quality improvement, supplier coordination, trade-off decisions, technical design reviews, and handoff to hardware integration and application engineering. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of experience with the listed vehicle subsystems, and onsite collaboration for at least four days per week. The position is hybrid, offers a base salary range of $115,500-$218,100, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
