Description
The Architect will develop and execute plans for administrative, industrial, and public construction projects in performance phases 1–8, coordinate with specialist planners, negotiate with project stakeholders, prepare tender documents, and ensure quality, schedule, and cost compliance. The role also includes supporting approval procedures and coordinating with authorities. Applicants need a completed architecture degree, experience preparing and awarding construction services, knowledge of VOB and HOAI, and proficiency with MS Office, Revit, and/or AutoCAD. The position offers an unlimited-term employment contract, benefits, and work in employee secondment at client sites.
