Description
The Archivist will preserve and activate the 132-year history of UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement by processing, appraising, accessioning, arranging, describing, and preserving physical and digital archival collections; managing the archival repository; supporting outreach and reference services; conducting oral histories; and leading archive tours. The role requires archival processing and collection-management experience, familiarity with archival standards and software, and a master’s degree in library and information science, history, or public history with significant archival experience, or an equivalent combination. The position is based in Northbrook, Illinois, and offers a salary of $67,319.32 to $92,564.06.
