Description
Arc'teryx is hiring an onsite Lead to work alongside the Assistant and Store Manager, leading Product Guides and supporting guest experience, product knowledge, community, operations, and people. The role manages inventory, visual merchandising, transactions, store opening and closing, sales, labor, and budgets, while coaching staff and collaborating with store leadership. It requires at least one year of leadership and retail experience, fluency in the local language and English, flexibility for key retail periods, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. The position is full-time, five days per week, and offers hourly or salaried compensation with base plus bonus.
