Simplex is hiring a full-time Customer Support Representative in Åstorp to provide service to business customers through phone and email. The role involves assisting with transport bookings, answering questions about partners’ warehousing, preparing for inventories, and coordinating with warehouse, account management, and operations teams. Candidates should be solution-oriented, organized, computer-literate, fluent in Swedish and English, and have customer-contact or administrative experience; 3PL, warehousing, or logistics experience is preferred, while freight or dangerous-goods experience is advantageous.
