Pharvaris is hiring a field-based Area Business Manager in Phoenix to report to the West Zone Director and drive growth for an oral bradykinin B2 receptor antagonist for hereditary angioedema. The role owns territory strategy, physician and stakeholder engagement, clinical selling, market development, field activities, cross-functional collaboration, and performance execution. Candidates need at least five years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in rare disease, specialty, immunology, or allergy markets, along with launch experience, complex territory management, specialty healthcare provider engagement, and a bachelor’s degree. The base salary is $160,000-$185,000 per year, with incentive compensation, equity, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
