Pharvaris is hiring a field-based Area Business Manager in San Diego to drive growth and market expansion for an oral therapy treating hereditary angioedema. The role owns territory strategy, physician and stakeholder engagement, clinical selling, customer education, field activities, cross-functional collaboration, territory analytics, and performance delivery. Candidates need at least five years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in rare disease, specialty, immunology, or allergy markets, along with launch experience, complex territory management, specialty healthcare provider engagement, and a bachelor’s degree. The position offers a base salary of $160,000-$185,000 per year plus incentive compensation and equity, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
