Description
The Team Lead - Supervision/Quality, Cleaning supervises cleaning workers and coordinates operational activities to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include emergency response, inventory and equipment tracking, facility inspections, safety and cleanliness audits, quality-action-plan follow-up, schedule maintenance, training, and communication with operations managers. The role requires a valid driver's license and own vehicle, at least two years of cleaning or service-related experience, English fluency, computer and Microsoft Office skills, and strong communication, time-management, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities. It is a regular full-time position with a salary range of $42,270 to $49,729 per year.
