Description
The Area Cleaning Supervisor supports the Regional Manager - Operations by supervising cleaning workers, coordinating job-site activities, maintaining operational continuity, tracking inventory and equipment, inspecting facilities, enforcing safety and quality standards, training cleaners, managing schedules and staff coverage, and handling emergencies. The role requires a valid driver's license and own vehicle, at least two years of cleaning or service-related experience, English fluency, communication and interpersonal skills, computer and Microsoft Office knowledge, and strong time-management and problem-solving abilities. It is a regular full-time position with starting salary based on the candidate's competencies.
