Description
Whoon is hiring an Area Development Manager to develop complex housing sites from initial vision and financial feasibility through agreements and environmental plans. The role coordinates municipalities, external consultants, design teams, and stakeholders; manages land development accounts, spatial planning, financial models, and public participation; and supports a junior development professional. It is a one-year contract for 32–40 hours per week with a gross monthly salary of €7,500–€9,000 based on full-time employment, plus health insurance reimbursement, pension, and other benefits.
