Whoon is hiring an Area Development Manager to develop complex housing sites from initial vision and financial feasibility through agreements and environmental plans. The role coordinates municipalities, external consultants, design teams, and stakeholders; manages land development accounts and spatial planning procedures; reviews preliminary agreements; and guides a junior developer. The position offers a one-year contract for 32–40 hours per week, with permanent employment prospects, and a gross monthly salary of €7,500–€9,000 based on full-time employment.
