Description
The Area Development Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams and manage area development projects from strategic to operational levels, covering mobility, water management, climate adaptation, and the energy transition. Responsibilities include preparing and monitoring project plans, budgets, and timelines; communicating with government bodies, municipalities, and private-sector partners; promoting innovative solutions; overseeing project progress and quality; maintaining client and partner relationships; and identifying and mitigating project risks. The role requires a relevant higher professional or university degree, several years of project management experience, multidisciplinary team-management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and an affinity for innovation. The position offers a starting salary of €3,800 to €5,500, along with holiday allowance, company equipment, training support, travel reimbursement, and pension benefits.
