The Municipality of Hardenberg is hiring an Area Development Project Manager to lead housing and business park projects from concept through implementation. The role coordinates multidisciplinary project teams, manages plans, budgets, quality, timelines, and communication, and builds partnerships with market parties and elected officials. Candidates need higher professional education, 2–5 years of area-development project management experience, and political and stakeholder sensitivity. The position offers up to €6,422 gross per month based on 36 hours, a one-year contract with potential permanent employment, and an option to work from home.
