Description
The Area Development Project Manager will lead inner-city site developments and housing projects from initiation through implementation in Rijswijk, coordinating housing, employment, mobility, public space, spatial, financial, legal, and social issues. The role manages project teams, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, and progress using GROTICK, and collaborates with developers, housing associations, residents, and other stakeholders. It is a 32–36-hour-per-week position with a gross monthly salary of up to €6,422 based on 36 hours per week, a one-year contract with the intention of permanent employment, and flexibility to work where needed and where desired.
