Description
The Area Development Project Manager will lead area development projects in Veenendaal, including the Spoorzone and other housing, parking, green-space, and building-transformation initiatives. The role manages projects from initiation through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, contractors, developers, officials, and residents while monitoring schedules, quality, risks, finances, permits, and results. It requires complex-area-development experience, spatial-planning knowledge, stakeholder negotiation, and at least five years of project-management experience; the posting offers a 36-hour-per-week contract with a salary of €5,369–€7,253 and a partly office, partly home work arrangement.
