Forgen is hiring an Area Safety & Health Manager to lead the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of its safety and health program across a defined geographic area. The role manages regional safety teams and direct reports, mentors project leadership, ensures compliance with applicable regulations, conducts audits and incident investigations, develops safety plans and training, and supports project teams through preconstruction and completion. The position is based in Houston or Dallas, Texas, requires at least 10 years of progressive construction safety, industrial hygiene, or occupational safety leadership experience, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, bonuses, paid time off, and other benefits.
