Description
Assystem is hiring an Area Engineering Manager in Warrington to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team through the Stage 3 Define phase and beyond, including preliminary design, design assurance, estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and delivery of engineering deliverables. The role coordinates with project discipline leads, site clients, and stakeholders, and supports commercial supplier engagement and functional requirements across construction, commissioning, pre-operations, human factors, and safety. Applicants need an engineering background, significant engineering design and project delivery experience, regulated-system experience, nuclear industry knowledge, project system engineering experience, familiarity with NEC3 contracts, and experience with cooling systems and CE&I power distribution. SC clearance or above and a minimum monitored worker status are required, with UK security clearance residency criteria applying.
