Description
Lovable is hiring an Area Lead to run an engineering organization spanning product, platform, and applied AI, with managers, senior engineers, and AI agents reporting in. The role owns the roadmap and business outcomes, sets technical direction, shapes engineering culture, builds an operating model for humans and AI agents, and operates as a peer to the executive team. Candidates need 15+ years of engineering experience, including 6+ years managing people at a pre-IPO startup, scale-up, or frontier tech company, plus at least 2 years managing managers. The role is based in Stockholm or London and is on-site five days per week.
