7-Eleven is hiring an Area Leader Trainee - Retail Sales to oversee 12–14 store locations, train and supervise Store Leaders, manage merchandising, cash, inventory, customer service, performance goals, and profit-and-loss activities. The role requires a related four-year degree or five or more years of district or regional retail/commercial operations experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
