The role involves conducting personalized tours, using persuasive selling techniques, converting prospects into residents, following up with leads, collaborating across properties, and supporting marketing and social media outreach. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience meeting quotas in a commission-driven environment, direct customer-deal-closing experience, and weekend availability.
