Ross Stores is hiring for an evergreen Area Loss Prevention Manager (ALPM) role responsible for protecting assets, reducing shortage, preventing theft and fraud, and maintaining safe store environments across assigned stores, districts, or areas nationwide. The position partners with store leadership, operations, and human resources to lead loss prevention initiatives, investigate incidents, support store-based loss prevention associates, and drive safety and accident reduction goals. The role offers a base salary of $77,900 to $117,050, is full-time, and requires travel with regular in-office presence and some remote flexibility.
