Enterprise Residential is hiring an Area Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate, supervise, and perform maintenance operations across three Baltimore, Maryland properties. The role manages maintenance staff, oversees resident service requests, repairs, preventive and emergency maintenance, apartment turnovers, grounds and building upkeep, budgets and service contracts, training, regulatory compliance, and customer service for residents, including older adults. The position requires substantial maintenance expertise, supervisory and multi-site residential management experience, EPA Section 608 certification, transportation, and on-call availability.
