Adara Home Health, Inc. is hiring an Area Manager to oversee client care services, personnel, compliance, quality, financial performance, staffing, referrals, and strategic growth for an assigned home-health location. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer, is full-time and in-office Monday through Friday with an on-call rotation, and requires an RN or licensed Physical Therapist, five years of progressive healthcare experience including management experience, and U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization. The position offers medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and pet insurance, along with a base salary of $100,000 to $118,000 per year plus a bonus incentive program.
