Theras Consumer Health, a division of the Theras Group, is seeking an Area Manager for North-East Italy. This role involves managing a team of approximately 15 agents to maximize product sales in the pharmacy channel across Triveneto, Emilia-Romagna, Marche, Bergamo, Brescia, Cremona, and Mantua. Responsibilities include analyzing area performance, defining and implementing area plans, assigning KPIs, providing sales forecasts, leading agent motivation and development, supervising client and credit management, and collaborating on cross-functional activities.
