Upstate Niagara Cooperative is hiring an Area Manager to support and strengthen relationships with member dairy farms across the region. The role focuses on animal care evaluations, environmental stewardship, workforce development, milk quality inspections, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with producers, veterinarians, and regulatory agencies. It is primarily based in Batavia, New York, with approximately 50–75% of the time spent on farms and limited overnight travel. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, dairy industry knowledge, a New York State driver's license, and the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
