Description
Latitude is hiring an Area Manager to manage relationships with retail partners and regional or store teams, drive commercial performance, and support POS finance enablement across a large portfolio of approximately 1,500 SMB partners. The role combines partner servicing, training and compliance, sales growth, operational execution, campaign coordination, territory reporting, and end-to-end issue resolution. Candidates should have experience in partner management, enablement, operations, or commercial support, strong POS finance knowledge, CRM and contract/order management experience, analytical and stakeholder skills, and comfort working in a hybrid environment.
