OnTrac is hiring an onsite Area Manager in Akron, Ohio, to manage sort activities and volume within an assigned area, supervise and schedule Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers, monitor performance and attendance, conduct pre-sort meetings, track departures and arrivals, and complete safety training, operational audits, and end-of-shift reporting. The role requires a GED or diploma, at least two years of logistics, shipping, or 3PL experience, one year of leadership experience, data and Microsoft Office skills, and experience hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, and evaluating employees. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with a starting base pay range of $51,680 to $64,600 and medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
