Amazon is hiring an Area Manager to lead a team at a customer fulfilment site and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality operations. The role owns shift performance, safety and wellbeing, process improvements, productivity, quality, and operational contingency work, while collaborating with management and mentoring new managers. Candidates need a degree, people-management experience, stakeholder-communication experience, data-informed decision-making experience, and advanced English and local-language proficiency; Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, logistics, and Microsoft Office experience are preferred. The position is based at Cividate Al Piano, Italy, with a minimum gross base salary of 46,000.00 EUR annually for full-time work.
