Amazon is hiring an Area Manager to lead a team at a fulfillment centre and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality operations. The role owns shift performance, safety and wellbeing, process improvements, productivity, quality, and operational excellence, while collaborating with management and mentoring new managers. Candidates need an advanced or bachelor's degree, people-management experience, clear communication and data-influence experience, advanced English, and preferably process-improvement, distribution-center, logistics, manufacturing, or Microsoft Office experience.
