Description
The Area Manager will oversee the management and monitoring of Amartha’s branch offices, including branch KPIs, portfolio growth, recruitment, service and partner guidance, compliance, administration, infrastructure, staffing, performance management, conflict resolution, and expansion. The role requires at least a bachelor’s degree, experience leading more than 5–10 team members, at least two years of microfinance experience as a coordinator, supervisor, branch head, or area manager, sales and marketing strategy skills, a motor and SIM C, and willingness to travel among the listed branches.
