Description
The Area Manager will oversee the management and monitoring of Amartha’s Point/Cabang offices within a defined area, including KPI achievement, portfolio quality and growth, recruitment, service and partner guidance, branch operations, compliance, staffing, training, performance management, conflict resolution, licensing, infrastructure, inventory, and expansion. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, experience leading at least two branches and managing more than five to ten team members, at least two years of microfinance branch or area management experience, sales and marketing strategy skills, a motor and SIM C, and willingness to travel throughout the Rembang area.
