Description
The Area Manager will oversee the management and monitoring of Amartha branch offices within the assigned area, including KPI achievement, portfolio growth, recruitment, service and partner guidance, branch operations, compliance, staffing, training, performance monitoring, conflict management, audit quality, and expansion. The role requires a bachelor's degree, experience leading at least two branches and more than 15 team members, at least two years of microfinance branch or area management experience, sales and marketing strategy skills, a motor and SIM C, and willingness to travel throughout Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat.
