AWP Safety is hiring an Area Manager based in Northeast Ohio to lead safety, traffic control, P&L, fleet, equipment, customer service, workforce planning, recruiting, and team development for a field territory covering 75–150 employees. The role requires 5–10 years of management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, P&L and business development experience, and a valid driver’s license. It is a hybrid field-and-office position with occasional travel, weekend and holiday work, and a salary range of $88,000–$110,000 plus bonus.
