Cozzini Bros. is hiring an experienced Area Manager to oversee commercial knife rental and sharpening operations in the Boston, Massachusetts region. The role manages route delivery, customer service, sales, human resources, administration, inventory, vehicle and facility upkeep, and driver performance, while achieving assigned sales goals. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, pass drug and background screening, meet MVR requirements, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and may need to travel overnight. Compensation is $67,000–$70,000 plus a quarterly bonus, with a company vehicle and related costs provided.
