Nalco Water is hiring an Area Sales Manager to drive revenue and profit growth for downstream programs and services in a territory centered on Toledo, Ohio. The role uses a consultative sales approach to manage strategic accounts, convert competitive accounts, sell new technologies, forecast revenue, develop district plans, and coach sales engineers and technical service representatives. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Toledo, hold a bachelor's degree, have at least five years of team leadership and technical or outside sales experience, and hold a valid driver's license.
