The role also includes managing loan portfolios, approving loans within prescribed limits, ensuring regulatory and operational compliance, and participating in community activities. Candidates need at least five years of banking retail or lending experience, with three years of leadership experience preferred, along with customer relationship, risk and control, and Microsoft Office experience.
