Description
Flexsys is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to coordinate safe and efficient chemical-manufacturing operations, supervise unionized and non-union personnel, manage budgets and costs, identify efficiency improvements, ensure training, and direct contractors. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical experience, 2–5 years of manufacturing-supervision experience, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate others. SAP proficiency, chemical-process-equipment knowledge, and OSHA PSM knowledge are preferred. The salary is $155,000 to $165,000.
