Great Clips is hiring an Area Manager to directly manage one salon while supporting and coaching Salon Managers across a small group of nearby locations. The role combines hands-on salon operations with multi-salon leadership, including performance improvement, brand-standard maintenance, and team development. Candidates need prior salon or multi-unit retail management experience, a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work across multiple salon locations. Compensation starts at $24.50 per hour, with additional bonuses, commissions, tips, and benefits such as medical, dental, paid time off, and paid sick leave.
