Area Manager at Great Clips

Great Clips is hiring an Area Manager to directly manage one salon while supporting and coaching Salon Managers across additional locations in Shorewood, Fond du Lac, and Oshkosh. The role requires prior salon or multi-unit retail management experience, a cosmetology or barber license, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to travel between salons. The Area Manager will also cut hair as needed, work with the management team, and help maintain brand standards and performance. Compensation is $20 per hour plus performance-based bonuses, with mileage reimbursement and benefits including a 401(k) match, paid time off, paid holidays, take-home tips, and health benefits.
