Great Clips is hiring an Area Manager to directly manage one salon while supporting and coaching Salon Managers across a small group of nearby locations. The role involves hiring and training employees, maintaining customer-care standards, improving operations, developing leaders, and working across multiple salons. Candidates need prior salon or multi-unit retail management experience, a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work across assigned locations. Compensation is up to $88,000 yearly, with benefits including PTO, paid training, and medical, dental, and vision insurance where available.
