Great Clips is hiring an Area Manager to directly manage one salon while supporting and coaching Salon Managers across a small group of nearby locations. The role combines hands-on salon operations with multi-unit leadership, including performance improvement, sales and labor control, brand-standard maintenance, team culture, and customer experience. Candidates need prior salon or multi-unit retail management experience, a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work across multiple salon locations.
