Great Clips is hiring an Area Manager to directly manage one salon while supporting and coaching Salon Managers across a small group of nearby locations. The role combines hands-on salon operations, employee hiring and training, performance improvement, customer-care standards, profitability, and occasional behind-the-chair work. Candidates need prior salon or multi-unit retail management experience, a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work across multiple salon locations. Compensation is up to $88,000 yearly, with possible medical, dental, vision, and paid time off benefits.
