Description
The Area Manager will directly manage one salon while supporting and coaching Salon Managers across a small group of additional locations. The role combines hands-on salon operations with leadership, coaching, performance improvement, brand-standard maintenance, and collaboration across multiple salons. Candidates need prior salon or multi-unit retail management experience, a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work across nearby salon locations. Compensation is $39–$50 per hour, with medical benefits and paid time off potentially available at certain locations.
