The role combines hands-on salon operations with multi-unit leadership, including developing managers, maintaining brand standards, improving performance, and working across several salon locations. Candidates need prior salon or multi-unit retail management experience, a valid cosmetology or barber license, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience identifying performance gaps and implementing improvement plans.
